Dr Battista graduated in 2011 from the University of Naples, Italy. His journey in dentistry began long before qualifying, having worked from his student years in his family’s dental practice in Naples. Under the mentorship of his father—a highly respected Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery—he gained early and invaluable experience assisting in surgical procedures within the operating theatre. This exposure laid the foundation for his deep interest in oral surgery and implantology.

Following graduation, Dr Battista moved to the UK to further his clinical training and began working in hospital settings as a Specialty Doctor in Oral Surgery. Over the years, he has held senior clinical roles across several major NHS hospitals, including Royal Surrey County Hospital, Whipps Cross University Hospital (London), Eastbourne District General Hospital, Northampton General Hospital, and Glan Clwyd Hospital in Wales. These roles allowed him to develop a broad and deep surgical skillset, working alongside some of the UK’s leading Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

His commitment to professional development led him to earn a Master’s Degree in Oral Implantology and Orthodontics. He has also successfully completed a formal 3-year specialist training pathway in Oral Surgery, earning him entry onto the UK Specialist Register.

Currently based in Central London and the surrounding areas, Dr Battista focuses on oral surgery and dental implantology. His clinical expertise spans a wide range of treatments—from straightforward extractions to complex dentoalveolar surgery, bone grafting, and advanced implant procedures. He has a special interest in digital implantology and has placed over 2,000 dental implants to date, with more than half of those performed using digitally guided or dynamic navigation systems such as X-Guide.

Dr Battista is a key member of a specialist team representing one of the leading companies in Digital Implant Dentistry. He is particularly experienced in fully guided implant surgery and is actively involved in delivering treatment with cutting-edge surgical guidance software that enables tailored, precise, and minimally invasive outcomes for each patient.

Outside of his professional life, Dr Battista enjoys staying active—playing rugby, going to the gym, and travelling the world with his family.
