I came to the practice with severe tooth pain and the team went above and beyond to diagnose and help me get scheduled for the required procedure. I had multiple appointments and each time I visited the entire staff was really kind. Two appointments i have with them and they were not good experiences. First one the dentist cut my tongue while trying to put the cardboard for xray in my mouth without explaining anything to me. Which resulted me not being able to eat well for a week.The 2nd one I was visiting the hygienist and it cost me 75 pounds and a 40 pound deposit. Money has been very tight for me. However I needed a clean. Hygienist cleaned half as I had a small panic attack and couldn’t breathe with all the water. She said to book another appointment to finish it off. Which I went to reception and they tell me I got to put 40 pounds deposit for appointments and 75 for the next lot!!!! I left without booking another appointment. I rang to speak to the Head of EB Dental and they did not get back to me. Not happy with this. My husband who has a fear of dentist went here and told me to avoid I thought I’d try. No good!!! They love money.
I recently had the appointment at EB Dental, and I can’t express enough how impressed I am with the entire team and the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, whose friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease.The treatment coordinator Stephanie ensured that all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with every step of the process. The nurses were not only professional but also incredibly compassionate, making sure I felt relaxed and well-cared for throughout my visit.The highlight of my experience was the outstanding skill and expertise of the oral surgeon Eric. The service was truly exceptional – high tech and very professional. I approached my dental implant cautiously due ti varying stories Iâd heard from friends. Before making a decision, I consulted several dentists, and in retrospect, choosing Eric was the right call. His professionalism, coupled with advanced technology, made the entire journey virtually painless. The price was also reasonable.
I recently visited the clinic for a consultation with the Oral Surgeon, Dr Eric Battista as I was referred by my practice due to the complexity of the treatment and him being on the Specialist list. In the consultation he went through what the implant and the treatment will involved, a CT-scan was done straightaway and they do have the technology necessary to treat the patient immediately. He also showed me a machinary he uses for all his treatments that combines his many years of experience and precision to have the best outcome!The treatment coordinator sent me my designed treatment plan on that same day, with pictures and x-rays that shows my current situation. Very impressed!I am planning to have my Implant treatment now in February and in terms of payments (even tho he is a Specialist) matches what other practices are charging for based on Dentist with interest in implants.100% recommended!
I had an emegerncy appoinment with Dr Zena, she was extremely professional and managed to deal with my extraction straightaway. I was impressed with the treatment as the healing was very fast and from previous extractions done is the past I had even dry sockets so I was a bit scared of going through the same experience. I have to say it was completely the apposite, I trust the clinic and the dentist so I will continue further treatments with them. I have done my own research in regards to the specialist in the clinic for Oral surgery and Endodontics and they both appear of the specialist list. Their level of expertise is incredible.Receptionist and treatment coordinator are very kind and caring.
My LR6 🦷 developed an abscess & couldnât be saved so decided to get an implant. I got an appointment very quickly & the process for getting a new implant started right after the extraction of the LR6 which my very competent dental surgeon Dr Eric Batista advised is the best time 🕰️ for this to ensure a better outcome. Eric is very knowledgeable about implant dentistry using all the latest Technologies – CT scanner, X-Guide – to both qualify my suitability for the procedure & exact siting of implant. The team was also very flexible with my travel schedule & sorted out the implant appointments in good time. A special mention for Ericâs treatment consultant Stephany who held my hand my ✋ throughout the whole process with absolute professionalism & an in-depth knowledge of dentistry. Throughout the whole procedure my dealings with Dr Eric Batista & his staff the receptionists & dental nurses has 🐝 second to none & I would highly recommend this practice.

I went to EB DentalOn 2 different occasions when I was in a lot of pain with issues that I was struggling to have solved with my current dentalPractice – one when I needed a wisdomtooth extraction and the other when I needed a root canal. On both occasions I spoke to various dental practices who either struggled to clearly identify the issues or had long wait times to solve.On both occasions EB Dental were incredible. They were both hugely knowledgable and efficient in identifying the problems and putting in place a solution to fix.
